CNC Inspection
Our inspection department at Alchemy Precision is equipped with a Zeiss O-Inspect 322. Our O-Inspect compares thousands of points on a part to the solid CAD model which allows us to see any areas that may be out of tolerance.
We take inspection very seriously, after all, our name and reputation are sent out with each and every product we ship. With our experience and knowledge, we guarantee your project goes through a scrutiny of proper inspection techniques to ensure quality before it gets shipped. Every part we make whether it is a widget or a Medical Micro-Mold, gets the same attention to detail from beginning to end.
