CNC Machining is a fast and efficient method of manufacturing by using a machine tool to cut
multi-dimensional parts by reading thousands of lines of code programmed using computer aided machining software.
Here at Alchemy Precision, we run two Fadal 40/20 ‘s with 12k rpm spindles in our mold base department along with two high speed Roeders Tec RFM 600 ‘s equipped with 42k rpm spindles in our electrode manufacturing department.
